The Village of Wickham has many other places of beauty, walks, shopping and restaurants to make your day enjoyable.

You can take a walk through the water meadows over the river, or walk the disused railway line that cuts through the back of Wickham.

There are many antiques and collectibles shops, one noticeably in an old Mill made from the wreck of a United States Ship USS Chesapeake, destroyed by the Royal Navy.

Another huge event is that of The Wickham Music Festival, which attracts families from all over the country that come and enjoy the Village and music.

With over 27 years of trading, Bay Tree Walk has provided visitors and locals alike with tea, lunch, gifts, chocolates and soft furnishings, not to mention relaxing in the salon or browsing the collectibles in the cabinets.

With all the shops and facilities on one floor it is convenient for everybody! We look forward to seeing you for your day out in Wickham.

Helping preschool deaf children learn to listen and talk

The Elizabeth Foundation is a national charity supporting infants and preschool children with hearing loss and their families. We do this by providing education services, help, support and encouragement. We believe it is the right of every deaf child to be given the opportunity to learn to listen and talk.
